I've always dreamt of being a Socio-Entrepreneur since my college days; for someone who had no idea of becoming anything in life and had no one to guide nor had any knowledge of anything around what I could do with my life or what kind of career I wanted. Since starting my college days, to graduate in Physics following my love for Science and Math subjects along with the global language, that was the only sensical decision I could have made, but the introduction of the Human Resource Development department at my Alma Mater and my first ever Mentor (actually after my parents) and the confidence he instilled in me, gave me my first set of wings to fly up new heights, an otherwise introvert started to come out of his cocoon and while spending most of the time at the College Library which gave me huge exposure and gradually confidence to what I was about to know, comprehend, establish and continuously update my knowledge levels while shaping my mind around finding my purpose in life and how to shape my life around my now newly formed dream.

My basic plan was to follow my heart which was splendidly supported by my parents as they always believed in me and my potential. I had decided to pursue Masters in Business Management and Administration which then gradually unlocked my knowledge levels, thought process and gave further more colours to my dream. From the start of my career and still going further, I have made myself subject to experience different roles across different sectors across Technology, Banking and Financial Services, Manufacturing, Consulting, Fashion, and the latest, Healthcare which I came into senses seemingly getting with who I am., but all of these experiences gained came at the expense of several sacrifices made and other life changing difficulties I had to face in the context of changing several jobs voluntarily or involuntarily, the  painstaking process of learning and research behind the preparation of the launch of my dream project , but I'm happy that I'm down to earth made available to anyone who wants a helping hand to find your own way and sustain in this world, something I had wished for to find my way and purpose in this world.

Apart from what I have mentioned about myself, if I have to say who I'm and my interests; I'm an actively practising Roman Catholic, have been an introvert until I rediscovered myself during my college days, a Church Choir singer since teenage, a Violinist and a Vocalist, selective fast reader, a defensive driver petrol head with fascination for revvy hot hatchbacks and cruiser bikes, a talkative person yet a very good listener and has infinite patience and heart to be the supportive friend, problem solver and simplifier, loves playing shuttle badminton and chess and the list will go on. Oxoniance is my dream which will keep on upscaling in a Social Enterprise capacity, anyone who has the passion and vision to become a Star, will become or will be supported to shine as a Star irrespective of any circumstances.
